  • Motivate - Pilates and Low Impact intervals

    Starting with some good core and breath foundations we move into some functional movements to strengthen the entire body, get your heart rate up, and your sparkle on!

    Props required: An incline. Chair, benchtop etc.

  • Pilates with Yin Holds

    This unique class is essentially a mat pilates sequence but I have incorporated some yin holds in to open up areas such as the chest and fronts of the hips in between our engaging series of movement. This might just be your new favourite 'go-to' class. Props required: Ball or yoga block.

  • 6th Chakra Vinyasa / Hatha Flow - 3rd eye Chakra

    Close your eyes. Switch off from the distractions around you and flow. Listen in. A nice steady class with sun salutations, standing poses, twists, an opportunity for headstand and a nice stretch with a focus on bowing the head.

  • Sweet supine unwind

    This class is great if you know you need to move but your energy is low, also a great recovery for sore bodies. Start with some nourishing breath, love for the hips, and diagonal stretches.   • Barre Sculpt and Tone

    Pilates / barre fusion. A slower pace with a deeper focus. Sculpt your arms and core with these creative movements. A big focus on the arms and upper back; the core sequence is slow and sustained, one I felt for days afterwards!

    Props required: Optional hand weights or cans from the cupboard

  • Core hybrid class

    This class is a bit of a mix, a little yoga and a little pilates! You'll feel your entire midsection fire with this creative mix of movements. No props required
