Strong, mobile shoulders = better posture, less tension, and more ease in movement! This class blends strength and flexibility to help you:
💪 Build stability in different ranges of motion
🧘🏻♀️ Release tightness and improve mobility
🔄 Move with confidence in your practice (and daily life!)
Starting with a wee stretch and mobilise before some strengthening. we incorporate shoulder and chest opening in our sun salutations before playing around in dolphin pose.
Finish with some chest opening and upper back opening before a beautiful restorative pose to finish.
Props: blocks could be useful, and a rolled up towel/blanket
