The Spring Energy Series is a fusion of yoga and Pilates, designed to awaken your body and refresh your energy as we move into the new season.

Each targeted class blends strengthening, lengthening, and mindful movement to deliver real results - building core stability, sculpting glutes, opening posture, and restoring fluidity through the hips and spine. Short, effective, and results-driven, these sessions leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and more vibrant - both physically and energetically.

This is your spring reset: a chance to invite fresh energy into your practice and your life.

Spring Energy Series
  • Class 4: Full Body Fresh Start

    Focus: spring clean + invigorate.
    A full-body “spring clean” to refresh from head to toe. Strengthen, stretch, and shake off what feels heavy—leaving you invigorated and recharged.

    Optional props: loop band and/or theraband and hand weights

  • Class 3: Energy Flow for Hips + Spine

    Focus: fluid mobility + strength.
    Unlock stiffness and build strength with fluid, flowing sequences for your hips and spine. A mix of mobility and power to recharge your whole system.

    Optional props: hand weights or canned food etc.

  • Class 2: Uplifted Upper Body

    Focus: posture, strength, and openness.
    Build strength and openness through your shoulders, arms, and upper back. A class that supports great posture and leaves you feeling lifted and light.

    Optional props: thera band and/or a loop band

  • Class 5: Restorative Strength + Stretch

    Perfect for days when you want to move with kindness and finish feeling deeply restored.

    Start with gentle Pilates to wake up your core, move into stretchy yoga shapes, then soften into restorative yin and breath work. A nourishing class to release tension and welcome fresh spring energy.

  • Class 1 - Awakening Core + Glutes

    Fire up your foundations with energising Pilates sequences that sculpt, stabilise, and awaken your base. Expect strength, pulses, and fresh energy flowing up from the ground.
