Starting with centring breathwork we move into flowing spinal and core activation, a great way to warm up! Standing strength and flow has us firing the lower body with some balance challenges too before heading back to the mat for core and glute activation. A sweet wind down to balance things and as much time as you need to chill at the end.
No props required but you could spice things up with some hand weights!
