3rd chakra barre means CORE! Fire up the core with a standing sequence that really works into the obliques. A short plank and mat series with modifications using a soft-ball if you have one. Barre work is a little different with a pure core focus and finishing on the mat with you guessed it, CORE CORE CORE!
Props required: a soft-ball, rolled up towel or foam yoga block. Barre space.
