    A dance-inspired warm-up takes us into some upper body work with optional hand weights. The barre sequence uses a dining chair and utilises the low edge as well as the top. Finishing on the mat with a good old core sequence and a stretch to leave you feeling amazing.

  • Barre - Oh Oh Obliques!

    Build strength and length in the sides of the body as we focus on the obliques. Starting with a dynamic warm-up standing we then move to the mat for a fun sequence with a foam roller or yoga block.

    Begin with some heart/belly connection, a little isolated core work then straight into our flow which is a long sequence but done in repetition with connection to the core encouraged.
