HIIT Pilates with Arms
This class has high intensity intervals paired with some upper body strengthening sections. It is only 20 minutes long so be sure to really challenge yourself, it'll be over before you know it!

Sculpting_ Lower Abs and Glutes
In this class we slow down the pace, spend the entire time on the mat, and really work at strengthening and stabilising the lower body

Express Hip Stretch
This hip focused class is perfect to add onto any of the challenge classes, or anytime you're needing a quick and super effective stretch
Props required: blocks, knee cushioning, or a bolster could be useful but not necessary

Bonus Abs
This short session is a great one to add onto another challenge session if you're wanting to work for a little longer, also great if you're low on time! A creative combo of abdominal focused movements - focus on your foundations and feel yourself build strength every time you visit this session!
