  • Active stretch

    This full body stretch is a great inclusion in our 14 day reset, you may even find you'd like to do it after some of the other classes for a more full length session. Also perfect post sports, hiking etc.

    Props required: a bolster and/or yoga blocks

  • Find your flow

    This gorgeous class will ease you into this series beautifully. Start with some feel good movements followed by a yoga flow that cultivates a sense of ease and grace.

  • Connect - juicy spine flow

    Here we work the spine in all of it's ranges giving a full body workout at the same time! Connect with your core throughout to really get the most out of this class.
