A sequence to calm the nervous system, encourage oxygen and blood into the brain to hopefully ease the symptoms of headaches/migraines. If you are low on time or feeling particularly unwell with your symptoms, just do the first pose for as long as you can.
Props required: 3 blocks (or 2 blocks and a large book), bolster and blanket. Or use alternatives from around the house.
