Stress, Anxiety and Sleep

Mindful movement and breath are wonderful ways to ease anxiety and the effects of stress which can cause sleep disruptions. These classes are a mixture of meditation, breath (pranayama) and mindful movement to help cultivate a feeling of internal ease.
