A slower, breath-led yin practice inspired by the Metal element and the Lung and Large Intestine meridian lines.
We’ll gently open the chest, shoulders and arms - supporting the pathways associated with breath, clarity and letting go - before settling into longer forward folds and supported holds.
A chance to release, refine and reset without heaviness.
Props: a blanket, bolster and/or blocks would be useful but just grab cushions, pillows or what you have
