I love feeling my abs after a class, and the day after? Yep still on🔥 - this class should do the trick, with the use of the ball we get some serious range to really work them, and the best thing is that mostly anyone can do it! (Pregnancy - the first part will need to be modified but the rest is fine)
Props - Pilates ball but you could spice up the side body work with a hand weight and use a loop band in the first abs section, and side body work.
