A breath-led fusion of yoga, Pilates and barre to mark the shift into autumn.
We build steady heat through the legs and core, open the chest and shoulders (supporting the Lung meridian), and use longer exhales to create clarity and focus. Expect strong standing work, controlled core progressions, and a short yin-inspired release to settle everything at the end.
This isn’t sleepy. It’s structured, steady, and quietly powerful - strength to support the season ahead, with space to soften where it matters.
