Begin with a short meditation to ground you before moving through some steady sun salutations and standing poses. Connecting movement with breath and that feeling of the earth under your feet. I talk you through crow pose as an option and finish with some poses on your back to balance things out.
Props required: blocks could be useful but not necessary
