Abs abs abs - This is all about the abs!! NB. this is 18 minutes, not 10 as I say in the video, you know how I get carried away sometimes! Be sure you're working at your level. I want you to feel your abs really firing so make the movements as small and slow as you need to really engage. As you build strength and your body gets more familiar you can ramp it up from there.
No props required except maybe a cushion or ball for under the head.
