So often we focus on our muscles and tissues in Yoga, it's not often we focus on conditioning the nerves. In this class, you'll do some familiar poses with slight variations to tune us into the nerves. We'll mainly look at the sciatic nerves (bang for your buck!) and the median nerve that affects the hands, fingers, arms, shoulders, upper back and neck (we all know how this area can feel trapped).
I loved how my body felt after this class.
Props required: a rolled-up towel or blanket (or you could roll up the bottom half of your mat), blocks could be useful but not necessary.
