Move with the Seasons

There are often mixed emotions that come with the change of season. Along with mourning the season that has passed, the body can take some time to adjust. This is a great time to set new intentions. New Year resolutions can often be daunting and unachievable but goals for the 3 months ahead might just be in reach. Embrace the new season and all the beauty that comes with it.
