Fall is a time of transition—and transformation. Here’s a flow to help you handle anything that comes up this season, and release what’s no longer serving you. Interweaving Traditional Chinese medicine and how it relates Autumn to the lungs and large intestine; along with passive stretches for these areas and some myofascial release, you'll be left feeling spacious and ready for whatever season is ahead.
Props required: A block and a blanket, bolster could be useful.
