  • Barre - ballet cardio, planks, and strengthen your arabesque

    We stay on the mat for this sequence for a mixture of traditional aerobic movements done with a ballet flair, a strong ballet-inspired plank sequence, and some tummy time to strengthen your arabesque/backline. We'll finish with some core and a stretch.

  • Barre Dance Party!

    4 sequences done in repetition, this dance-inspired class will go quickly and leave you sparkling for sure! I recommend you re-visit this one, as it's quite fast-paced you'll get heaps more benefit from doing this more than once.

    No props required other than a barre/chair etc.

  • Barre - Lower Body

    This class has a lower-body focus to get you grounded and build some heat! With no props necessary, unless balance is an issue or you're rebuilding strength, this class can be done anywhere anytime.

  • Barre - Cardio Fusion

    This class is a fusion of cardio (warm-up and barre), upper body (plank series), core (plank series and some NEW ballet on your back), and glutes and hamstrings from a tabletop position.
