This class has a great tempo and will create some good heat in your lower body. A warm-up sequence in neutral then in external rotation will be sure to get all those lower body muscles firing, continuing onto lunges and plies. Heading down onto all fours for a glute sequence with the use of an optional ball, foam block or cushion. Moving into some side-lying to get those legs and glutes into fatigue mode. Heading onto your stomach to strengthen the back of the body, this sequence ends with some thigh dancing. We then head to the barre for a sequence facing the barre and finishing utilising the barre to stretch out. Props required: Barre space and a ball or similar
