Starting with some breath awareness we then move into 20 minutes of Pilates that calls for a deep connection which will challenge you in a therapeutic way.
We’ll move through:
• core & spinal mobility
• side lying glutes & mobility
• all fours plank work
Followed by a hip circling transition before 3 beautiful yin poses
Props used: blocks and a bolster (I didn’t end up using the rolled up blanket)
