Some of our favourite barre and pilates warm-ups with the addition of a loop band to deepen your experience! This is a short class so great when you're low on time, be sure to get into your challenge zone as it will go quickly. It's one of those ones that will get harder the more you do it.
Props required: loop band or theraband tied in a knot

Let Energy Move Through Flow
This flow has less instructions and more flow, guiding you through your practice with enough space to just be. A little stability to start before hip mobility and Sun salutations. Some balance work before seated stretches, backbend and twist.
Props required: I used a block

This class is perfect for those days when you need a wee reset but are low on time. Great add-on to make a full length class and awesome paired with a walk in nature.
Props - small pilates ball or rolled up towel
