  • Short and sweet energy restore

    The ultimate jing restore! IYKYK. Boost those deep energy reserves and end feeling calm but revitalised.

    If you have the time do the acupressure yoga flow first for the full experience, or that one in the morning and this at night!

    Props required: a yoga block, 2 large blankets and/or a bolster

  • Acupressure yoga flow

    This active flow also uses acupressure points to help with the boosting of qi/energy.

    Enjoy some movement drills to build heat before settling into a nice flow. If you have the time add the "short and sweet energy restore" class for the full experience.

  • 7th Chakra Vinyasa Flow for the Crown

    Familiar poses and flow with awareness around the crown as we go.

  • A Very Special Yin Yoga Class for all the Chakras.

    One pose for each of the Chakras. Journey with me up through the Chakra system to end at the crown. I felt this class was very special and one that I'm sure you'll return to for a mini yin retreat.

    Barre to lift your mood - a 20-minute sequence. Get moving straight away to lift your heart rate and blow out the cobwebs. It's amazing what you'll get through in 20 minutes. We'll definitely make the most of this time, challenge yourself!

    We get straight into it with some dynamic movements combined with Kapalabhati breath, then slow down into some strong standing and balancing poses, finally dropping down into a beautiful few minutes of stretches and relaxation.
