We get straight into it with some dynamic movements combined with Kapalabhati breath, then slow down into some strong standing and balancing poses, finally dropping down into a beautiful few minutes of stretches and relaxation.
If you feel like you need a gentle warm-up before starting, pause the video and take some cat/cow, sun salutations, or something similar before you start.
