This is a little different as once I've set you up in each pose I ask you to pause the video, settle in and take as long as you like in each pose, let your intuition guide you when to exit each pose.
This sequence focusses on releasing tension from the chest, the ribs, the shoulders and upper back. A yang style pose Camel and a mantra meditation are included to bring more energy into the heart. Energetically we open ourselves to love and compassion, first for ourselves, and then for others.
Props required: two blocks and a bolster or similar
