Beginning with stomach savasana using a rolled up towel or blanket for myo fascial release in the stomach area. Table top variations and sun salutations with side plank variations to awaken the entire sides of the body. Optional hop switches to ramp up the heart rate and strong standing poses. Finishing with deep twists and folds with towel to create compression.
