*please remember we’re all at different stages in our yoga/movement journey. Meet yourself where you’re at with compassion. Don’t worry if you can’t hold a pose for long. Just go to childs pose and continue your breath practice there. As you revisit you’ll feel yourself get stronger. What a wonderful feeling!*
We begin by discussing and practicing ujjayi breath before some body awareness and a gentle warmup.
Moving then to foundational standing poses such as tadasana, and sun salutation A. First holding each pose then beginning to flow with one breath for each movement.
We finish with a seated stretch and supine twist followed by savasana with some breath guidance.

Props - two yoga blocks could be useful but not necessary as could a blanket or towel.
