In this class we look at the foundations of mountain pose (tadasana), forward bend (uttanasana), downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), cobra (bujanghasana), and ujjayi breath. Have a deep experience in your body as I guide you through the foundations first, then learn how to flow between each movement.
