This class is a delicious blend of myofascial release and active stretching, designed to melt tension, free up tight spots, and bring your body back to life.
We’ll use tennis balls and yoga blocks to release through the feet, glutes, spine, and shoulders, with some gentle movement to reawaken mobility in the hips and hamstrings.
It’s like a mini reset for your nervous system - grounding, nourishing, and oh-so-satisfying. 💛
Props: just bring a couple of tennis balls, a block or two, and a body that’s ready to soften.
