This class is great for everyone but is sequenced to be just what you need in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Enjoy hip and side body opening, some balance challenges, and strength for the legs to prepare you for life, whatever that looks like for you, this class will be great!
Props required: have wall space or chair handy if balance is an issue, bolster, blanket and blocks could also be handy (esp. if pregnant) but not necessary
