This Pilates class is great if you have experienced diastasis recti or abdominal separation from pregnancy and childbirth. It's also an excellent allrounder strengthener and connecter for the pelvic floor and lower abdominals. Do on repeat for a deeper connection and strength with these areas and to help heal that separation. Remember: narrow your hip bones and lift your pelvic floor in every. single. movement!
Props required: a pilates ball or cushion or foam yoga block.
