Start with savasana and breathwork into the belly, followed by a little taste of abdominal work leading into sun salutations. Our main flow ignites a bit of fire with crow pose, side plank and boat pose. Some backends sprinkled in and a nice wind-down into savasana.
No props however blocks might be useful.
