    Vinyasa Flow - stomach/detox. 40-minute sequence. Cleanse the body and mind. We will use breathe and movement to get the blood pumping, increasing circulation, move stagnation and enhance detoxification.

    Props: Block, strap and blanket optional.

    This class prepares you for back bending and heart opening greatness! Lots of super effective and opening preparations before having a play with some peak poses. winding down towards the end, landing in an expansive heart space.

  • 3rd Chakra Vinyasa Flow

    Start with savasana and breathwork into the belly, followed by a little taste of abdominal work leading into sun salutations. Our main flow ignites a bit of fire with crow pose, side plank and boat pose. Some backends sprinkled in and a nice wind-down into savasana.

  • Vinyasa Flow from the Ground up

    Class in reverse! We start in savasana first then we move through our floor poses, then head into standing poses, Surya Namaskar B, then A, and finish with a seated meditation. How refreshing!
