A focused strength class designed to wake up and strengthen the back of the body - glutes, hamstrings and postural muscles.
We start with simple activation work then integrate it into more full body exercises. You’ll feel more upright through your front and supported down your back after this - a great feeling!

Hatha to Yin
This easeful class gives you longer to linger in active yoga poses as opposed to a yoga flow. Feel a deep connection as you go through the class then really lean into the yin end of class.

A breath-led fusion of yoga, Pilates and barre to mark the shift into autumn.
We build steady heat through the legs and core, open the chest and shoulders (supporting the Lung meridian), and use longer exhales to create clarity and focus. Expect strong standing work, controlled core progressions...
