Modify or do a previous variation if one doesn’t work, or be humble and rest in child's pose if that’s what you need. The walk up and down from plank may be enough.
If you have limitations with your wrists or shoulders, or even if your wrists often hurt when you’re doing anything on your hands, fast forward to the end where I’m stretching my wrists as I give some good tips that I possibly should have suggested at the start! 😉🤦🏻♀️
