You're about to lie down and breathe for 10 minutes. Sound good? Maybe even easy? Sometimes the most challenging thing is to just stop. We'll begin with diaphragmatic breath then move to a lengthened exhale. It's only 10 minutes so try to do it 2-4 times this week, and let me know how you feel and how the experience changes from practice to practice.
