Are you ready? 4 pairs of movements (8 movements in total) done for 30 seconds each then 30 seconds of rest (hence the 30:30:30). The 4 pairs of movements are done 3 times in total with a bonus 2 minutes at the end.
Low impact options makes this totally doable for everyone. Great for when you want a bit of a blowout, I promise you'll feel amazing at the end, such an endorphin hit!
