Build strength and suppleness in the two side pillars of the spine with this nourishing sequence. Give the nervous sequence a break as we begin with my favourite pranayama (breath) practice then gentle engagement, with beginner options before moving through some standing poses and finishing with a block under the hips. A fantastic one to keep revisiting if you experience lower back pain and to nourish the lower back in general.
Props required: a yoga block or large book
