This dynamic fusion class blends the best of yoga and Pilates to build strength, stability, and mobility. Flow through mindful yoga sequences to warm up the body, then fire up your core with targeted Pilates work. Expect a balance of movement and stillness, strength and stretch—leaving you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or challenge yourself.
Props: no props needed but I used a stretchy band and some light hand weights (could use tinned food or water bottles!)
