This back bending practice is more of a therapeutic focus as opposed to breaking into the biggest backbends ever. You'll simply open up the chect, shoulders and upper back, retrain the postural muscles, then take that connection into some scorpion prep. Everyone will love how their bodies feel afterwards, and I'm sure you yogis will enjoy the scorpion tutorial!
Props required: A strap or something similar. Blocks could be useful.
