This yin yoga sequence stimulates energy flow along the liver (yin) and gallbladder (yang) lines. This pair need each other and compliment one another. The liver line travels through the inner leg to the outer hip and stomach, while the gallbladder line moves across the sides of the legs and torso. As you awaken these lines and revitalise the qi it will help you feel more revitalised and connected. Props required: Bolster, blanket and blocks or similar.
