First, we stop and drop into pigeon pose. Then we take a short meditation followed by core work. The flow is repetitive to create heat but also cultivate ease in our minds as we become more familiar. Do this class to feel grounded, work the inner seams of your legs, hips, core and a little into your chest. A beautifully balanced class.
Props required: blocks could be useful.
