These mindful classes have a focus on core strength, stabilising the pelvis and shoulder blades (scapular) and exploring creative ways to move with our Pilates fundamentals at hand.

  • Pilates Foundations - Refine your Practice

    Refine and tune into the subtleties of your alignment. Great tips for connecting to your power house and cues that you can take with you into your day.

    No props required

  • Pilates - Creative Core

    Deep core movements, with use of a stability ball you will fire muscles you didn't know you had!

  • Pilates with Yin Holds

    This unique class is essentially a mat pilates sequence but I have incorporated some yin holds in to open up areas such as the chest and fronts of the hips in between our engaging series of movement. This might just be your new favourite 'go-to' class. Props required: Ball or yoga block.

  • Pilates for the upper back

    This class mobilises and engages the upper back to create more stability here, in turn improving your posture and alleviating pain caused by the good old shoulder slump.

    No props required however, a ball, cushion or pilates magic circle could be useful.
